Dan Israelson

Dan Israelson currently serves as the Director of Operational Risk Architecture at Santander US since July 2024. Prior to this role, Dan accumulated extensive experience at State Street from March 2015 to July 2024, serving as the Manager of Risk Platforms and GRC Solution Architect in Enterprise Technology Risk Management, where responsibilities included managing the Technology Risk Acceptance process and facilitating risk identification workshops with executive leadership. Earlier in Dan’s career, experience as an Information Security Risk Analyst at EMC involved promoting Information Security ownership and implementing governance structures. Dan has also held positions at Penn State University and Westinghouse Electric Company, focusing on customer service and compliance in cybersecurity for nuclear power plants. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University.
