Dr. Karah Brashier

Dr. Karah Brashier serves as a Pharmaceutical Promotional Speaker for multiple companies, including Axsome Therapeutics, Johnson & Johnson, Ironshore, AbbVie, and Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies, beginning in 2024 and ongoing. Additionally, Dr. Brashier is the President and Co-Owner of Texas Behavioral Health Systems since 2013, providing therapy and medication management to a diverse patient population, as well as serving as Psychiatric Director at 3FTL to support First Responders' mental health. Since 2021, Dr. Brashier has held an adjunct faculty position at Texas Tech University's Graduate School of Nursing and continues to practice as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Sante Center for Healing and previously at Parkland Hospital. Dr. Brashier holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Master's Degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from Gonzaga University, along with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman's University.
