Megan Smith

Megan Smith has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Megan started in 1994 as a Marriage and Family Therapist at Family Service Center. From there, they worked as a Residential Coordinator at Rock Creek Foundation in 1997, and then joined Sante Group Companies in 1998 as an Administrator of Intense Outpatient Services. Megan held multiple roles within Sante Group Companies, including SOAR Director and Deputy Director of Operations. In 2004, they became the Administrator of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services at Family Service Agency. In 2007, they returned to Sante Group Companies as a Program Statistician and later became an Administrator. Megan also worked at Pascal Legacy Group as an Administrator and at The Benedictine School as a Residential Director. Finally, from 2011 to 2018, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant for multiple companies within the healthcare, real estate, and fitness industries. In 2018, they joined Sante Group Companies again as a Human Resources Administrator.

Megan Smith has a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Science from the University of Maryland. Megan also holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling, also from the University of Maryland. In addition to their academic qualifications, Megan has obtained certifications in E-Learning Instructional Design from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and in People Analytics for Human Resources from the Human Capital Institute.
