Scott Ness

Scott Ness is an experienced executive in the real estate and construction sectors, currently serving as an Executive Team Member and Chief Asset Officer at Santé Cares since November 2011. In addition, Scott has held the role of Vice President of Real Estate Development and Director of Development at Sante Development, LLC since February 2009, overseeing areas including entitlements, land development, and healthcare operations. Scott's previous experience includes a Senior Project Manager position at KDA Construction and a long tenure at Salem Fire Alarm as Project Manager for New Construction. Scott's educational background includes technical training as an Energy Technician and coursework at Linn-Benton Community College and Western Oregon University.
