Katia Hamdad

Katia Hamdad is a scientific study officer at Santé publique France, focusing on health prevention and promotion actions, including the Santé40etplus program, and has been involved in monitoring COVID-19 in social and medico-social establishments. Previously, Katia completed an internship in R&D for diagnostic tools in molecular biology at the Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire - Anses, developing RT-LAMP systems for tick-borne viruses. Other experiences include research in genetics at Inserm, laboratory technician roles at Hôpital Chahid Mahmoudi and Centre Hospitalo-Universitaire Nedir Mohammed, and a solid educational background with multiple degrees, culminating in a Master 2 in Biologie santé from Université Paris-Saclay.
