Ryan Lopes

Ryan Lopes has a diverse work experience. Ryan started working as an Operations Coordinator in the Real Estate Group of Rock Properties in November 2014. In January 2016, they left the position.

After that, in January 2015, they worked as a Tax Intern at PKF O'Connor Davies, LLP, and continued in that role until December 2016. During their time as a Tax Intern, they gained experience in individual tax returns, generating refunds totaling over $10 million. Additionally, they developed a project management toolkit to improve the scanning and filing of engagement documentation.

Following their internship, Ryan transitioned to the role of Entrepreneurial Services / Tax Staff at PKF O'Connor Davies, LLP in January 2017. In this position, they directly assisted the engagement partner and/or manager in engagement strategy, planning, execution of work, review, and interpretation of findings. Ryan also compiled financial statements, provided monthly/quarterly write-up services, and prepared engagement documentation and reports for various business sectors. Furthermore, they communicated with engagement teams to obtain tax return records and create reports for senior management. Ryan held this position until August 2018.

From August 2018 to September 2020, Ryan served as a Business Solutions / Tax Senior at PKF O'Connor Davies, LLP. During this time, they continued to assist in engagement strategy, planning, execution, and review. Ryan collaborated with clients to provide tax solutions and completed over 1,000 individual tax returns, resulting in significant refunds. Ryan also played a role in the development of project management tools to streamline operations.

Most recently, in September 2020, Ryan joined TILT Holdings as a Senior Manager of Accounting. Further details about their role and responsibilities in this position are not provided.
