Abhishek joined Santech in 2009 with extensive IT Healthcare experience under his belt. Before joining Santech, Abhishek led large-scale initiatives for 3i-Infotech healthcare division clients. He has successfully executed and implemented numerous high-profile client engagements for various application domains, including Claims processing, Group Management, Broker Management, Premium Billing, Payor Enrollments, and Provider management. Abhishek's primary role is to analyze business process services for insurance and healthcare/pharma domains, map them to the technology service portfolio, assess technology services, and manage infrastructure. In addition to this, he prepares technology services, implementation/deployment plans documenting clients' requirements, business rules, and modules.
