Khaled A. began their career in 2009 as a Software Developer at Heights Agency, where they were responsible for developing web sites, applications and its relational database system to meet the clients' needs. In 2010, they moved to DMS as a .Net Developer, responsible for the development and improvements of the Web based CRM and the Web based MIS. In 2011, Khaled A. joined Buy4Now as a Senior Software Developer in the General Merchandise department, responsible for solving any defects or executing any change requests required by the company's market leading clients. In 2012, they became the Lead OSS Applications Developer at Orange, where they were responsible for architecting and developing innovative OSS solutions and applications to improve, enhance and resolve customer problems and fit the technical operations department needs from the OSS Applications/Components. Finally, in 2016, Khaled A. joined Santeon, Inc. as a Sr. Software Engineer/Technical Project Manager and Software Team Leader & Architect, managing the day-to-day Software Development Life Cycle operations within the team, participating in project planning and providing estimates and timelines of the projects, and dispatching and assigning tasks, establishing timelines and priorities within the team.

Khaled A. completed a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Ain Shams University between 2002 and 2006. Khaled then obtained a Diploma in Information Systems from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport between 2011 and 2013. In addition, Khaled A. holds three certifications: The Agile Foundation Certificate from the Software Engineering Competence Center-SECC obtained in January 2015, and two Microsoft certifications, MCTS - .Net Framework 2.0, Web Applications and MCTS - .Net Framework 2.0, Windows Applications, obtained in December 2008.
