David Maly has been working in the financial services industry since 1995. David began their career at EC2A Accounting Firm as a Small Companies Account Portfolio Manager, where they were responsible for a pool of small companies, performing bookings, tax and other duty settlements. David also performed audit missions for middle scale companies. In 1999, they joined Oney Banque Accord France as a Business Controller and General Ledger and Accounting System Manager. David was then promoted to Head of Financial Control, where they managed business and cost control, process optimization, ERP integration, account management and business system evolution. In 2007, they moved to Oney Banque Accord Group as Head of Financial Control and was in charge of financial control teams in the Head Office, controlling and supporting all subsidiaries in all Oney countries. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Oney Accord Business Consulting (Shanghai) as Business and Partner Solutions Officier, Chief Financial, Legal and Business Partner Officier, and Chief Financial Officer. David was responsible for leading the Legal team to structure the partnership and legal organization for programs operated under outsourcing scheme and payment partners integration, leading the new co-brand card program negotiation with both Retailer and Financial partner, and in charge of the company valuation with expert and due diligences to support the introduction of new shareholders with control change. In 2019, they joined Oney Insurance as Chief Executive Officer, and in 2022 they moved to SantéVet as Chief Payment Services Officer.

David Maly of Waly completed a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Saint Jean Baptiste De la Salle in Lille, France between 1992 and 1994. David then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Institut d'Expertise Comptable in Lille, France in 1995.
