Maxim Santos V. began their career in 2008 as a Sales Area Manager and Jefe de planificación at Iris Florentina. In 2010, they moved on to TELEMARKETING GOLDEN LINE S.L. as a Team Lead Manager and Back Office Manager. In 2014, they became a Team Operations Manager at Arvato, managing a call center and supervising personnel. In 2019, they joined Innovation Group Spain as a Team Operations Manager, responsible for strategic planning and executing operations of the Front Office. Currently, Maxim works at SantéVet as a Team Operations Manager & Customer Business Developer, responsible for strategic planning and executing operations in various departments and managing processes to improve customer experience. Maxim Santos is also responsible for meeting service objectives and ensuring compliance in all business areas.

Maxim Santos V. attended IES Torras i Bages from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachillerato in Humanidades/Estudios humanísticos. Maxim Santos then attended Universitat Oberta de Catalunya from 2010 to 2016, where they earned a Grado en Criminología in Criminología. In 2017, Maxim Santos V. obtained a Microsoft Office Specialist Expert (MOS) certification in Excel from Microsoft Excel.
