Franco Verzino

Franco Verzino has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Franco started their career as an Intern at Ayi & Asociados in 2003. Later, Verzino worked as a Functional Analyst and Programmer at Claro from 2004 to 2006, where they led a team for a major pre-paid project and developed a geolocation module for coverage improvement.

In 2006, Verzino joined HP Enterprise Services as a SemiSr/Sr Java Programmer. Franco then progressed to the role of Project Leader, where they successfully managed teams of 4 to 6 Java developers for the Verizon account. Verzino also served as a Project Manager and Project Manager Jr, leading a multidisciplinary team of 45+ Developers, Business Analysts, IT, and QA for Verizon. During this time, they improved project metrics and supported the company's CMMi L5 initiatives.

Starting in 2010, Verzino joined Santex and held various roles. Initially, they worked as a Project Manager/Scrum Master, leading a high-performance team to deliver software for Sirius XM, serving up to 300k simultaneous users. Verzino then became a Program Manager, managing up to 5 Project Managers and overseeing more than 20 simultaneous projects with the implementation of agile management tools and techniques. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Delivery Officer at Santex.

Additionally, Verzino worked as a Thesis Student at Universidad Catolica de Córdoba in 2005.

Franco Verzino obtained their Systems Engineer degree from Universidad Católica de Córdoba, where they studied from 1997 to 2006. In 2019-2020, they pursued a Diplomado en Coaching Ontológico at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Additionally, they earned certifications in various fields, including Coach Ontológico from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in August 2021, Management 3.0 from sINNplify in November 2018, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI in August 2011.
