Pratik Shah

Pratik Shah is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in sales and business development across various technology sectors. Currently serving as the GTM Leader for North America at Santex since June 2025, Pratik previously held the position of Sr. Director of Business Development at Gartner from January 2022 to May 2025, following an impactful role as Enterprise Sales Manager at Pulse Q&A. Pratik co-founded Carma Car Subscriptions and exhibited leadership as Head of Business Development at Advanced Voice Research Labs. Early career highlights include key roles at IBM, where responsibilities included managing B2B software sales and achieving significant revenue milestones, and at Bank of America, contributing to the development of the Foreign Exchange trading platform. Pratik holds an MBA in Marketing/Entrepreneurship from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
