Adilson Dias has extensive experience in commercial management and sales, currently serving as Gestor Comercial Pleno – Key Account & Farma at Santher since October 2016, where significant initiatives led to a revenue increase from R$ 1.54 million to R$ 4.54 million over two years and a sales volume expansion from 25,000 to 60,000. Prior to this role, Adilson worked at FAGOR EDERLAN S. Coop. from April 2007 to August 2016, progressing from Auxiliar de produção to Analista de Vendas. Adilson is pursuing an Executive MBA in Commercial Management and Sales at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, expected to complete in April 2025, and previously attended Faex from 2015 to 2017.
