Jeff Koester

Jeff Koester is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as the Head of US Medical Affairs at Santhera Pharmaceuticals since July 2017, while also holding a retired status with Santa Fe since July 2021. Prior roles include Senior Director of Medical Science Liaison at Dyax, where leadership of the MSL team supported the HAE franchise, and significant positions at Shire and Sepracor, where training and oversight of MSLs were key responsibilities. Education includes a B.S. in Natural Sciences, Psychology, and Philosophy, as well as an M.B.A., both from Xavier University.
