Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Santista since April 2019, Newton has previously held pivotal roles such as Commercial Director for Mexichem in Brazil, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of over 250 employees and executing commercial strategies for renowned brands. Newton's earlier positions include directing commercial operations at INVISTA and Owens Corning, as well as leading sales teams across South America for GE and SABIC Innovative Plastics, achieving significant growth and profitability. With a solid educational background that includes an MBA from USP and an Orchestrating Winning Performance program at IMD, Newton combines strategic insight with hands-on leadership in commercial operations, sales, and marketing.
