Andy Enerio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project analysis and property consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Project Analyst at Santos Knight Frank since July 2018, Andy previously held the position of Project Analyst within the same company. Prior experience includes roles as a Training and Research Associate at Keyland Corporation from July 2016 to July 2018 and as a Property Consultant at Federal Land, Inc. in 2015. Andy's early career featured an internship at the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) in the Philippines, focusing on project monitoring and evaluation. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Business Economics from the University of Santo Tomas, along with military training from the UST Department of Military Science and Tactics.
