Jayzel Binesen

Jayzel Binesen has extensive experience in facilities and property management, holding prominent positions across several organizations. From June 2019 to June 2023, Jayzel served as Facilities Maintenance Manager at Capitol Medical Center, overseeing various responsibilities including safety and construction management. Prior to this role, Jayzel was Assistant Property Manager at South of Market Condominium Corp, where supervision of multiple departments and reporting to senior management were key tasks. Jayzel's experience also includes positions as Facilities Manager at Medical Center Manila and British School Manila, and Civil Works Head at Century Properties Management Inc. Earlier career accomplishments include serving as Property Manager at Makati Prime City Towers Condominium Corporation. Jayzel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from RSU, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
