Julian Carbonel Jr.

Julian Carbonel, Jr. has a diverse work experience in the field of project management. Julian started their career at TCGI Engineers in 1995, where they worked as a Project Manager for ten years. Julian then joined Meinhardt Group in 2005 as a Resident Engineer, specializing in Civil and Structural projects. In 2011, they joined CBRE as a Senior Project Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing and managing various projects. Currently, Julian is working as an Associate Director of Project Management at Santos Knight Frank since 2017. Overall, Julian has extensive experience in project implementation, development of execution plans, and construction budgeting and timelines.

Julian Carbonel, Jr. pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, from 1981 to 1986. Julian then continued their education and obtained a Master's Degree in Engineering, specializing in Structural Engineering, from the same university, studying from 2011 to 2012.
