Jodie Boland

Jodie Boland is an experienced professional in business integrity, compliance, and legal affairs, currently serving as the Principal Business Integrity and Compliance Advisor at Santos Ltd and as a Consultant at Allens since June 2023. Boland holds the position of Deputy Chair of the Human Research Ethics Committee at the University of the Sunshine Coast, ensuring ethical standards in human research. Previous roles include Global Head of Investigations at Rio Tinto and Acting Global Head of Investigations at BHP, where Boland focused on best practices and team collaboration. Boland has also served as Head of Legal & Integrity at Hitachi Energy, and held various leadership roles across bp, Vestas, and Microsoft, with a strong emphasis on legal services, compliance, and risk management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology and a Diploma in Speech & Drama from Trinity College London.
