Julian Luwong

Julian Luwong is an experienced engineer specializing in rotating equipment, with a career spanning from 2012 to the present. Currently a Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer at Santos Ltd since January 2015, Julian has also held positions such as Senior Turbine Engineer and Turbine Engineer at Oil Search Limited. In these roles, Julian has managed fleets of high-speed rotating equipment for power generation and gas compression systems, and has been involved in various project management tasks. Additionally, Julian has contributed as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Vision Technologies PNG since October 2021. Julian's early experience includes a trainee role where project planning and execution of gas turbine reliability projects were undertaken. Education was completed at Papua New Guinea University of Technology from 2010 to 2014.
