Leah Toms

Leah Toms is a highly experienced geologist with a robust background in development and exploration geology. Currently serving as a Senior Development Geologist at Santos Ltd since March 2024, Leah previously worked at Beach Energy Ltd as a Senior Geologist from January 2019 to January 2024, focusing on Cooper Basin Exploration and Bass Basin Development. Prior to this, Leah held positions at Chevron as an Exploration Geologist and Deepwater Operations Geologist from November 2014 to November 2018, where responsibilities included Gulf of Mexico exploration and operations. Earlier career roles include a Geologist position at Chevron in 2013 and at Chief Oil & Gas LLC in 2012. Leah holds a Master of Science degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science degree in the same field from Penn State University.
