Luke Paulsen is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Team Leader for Production Engineering and Reliability at Santos Ltd since September 2015, after advancing from roles as Senior Drilling Engineer and Drilling Engineer. In these capacities, Luke has managed the planning and execution of drilling and completion operations in the CSG D&C team, addressing rapid 24/7 operational demands, and overseeing the performance of numerous CSG wells and their infrastructures as a Production Engineer. Prior to these roles, Luke completed a Graduate Program with Santos, gaining experience in commissioning gas turbine systems and reliability engineering. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Queensland, earned between 2010 and 2013. Additional early career experience includes internship roles in mechanical engineering and drilling completions at various companies.
