Novi Komalasari has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Team Leader Production Engineering at Santos Ltd since January 2012. With a strong background as a Senior Reservoir Engineer, Novi has led various reservoir development programs to maximize recoveries and meet budgetary targets while overseeing economic assessments and technical evaluations in Onshore Eastern Australia. Previously, Novi held roles including Senior Production Engineer and Senior D&C Engineer, focusing on production optimization, well design, and fracture stimulation. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Halliburton as a Senior Technical Professional and Technical Professional in fracturing operations. Novi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya.
