Olaf Kloss

Olaf Kloss is an experienced geologist with a diverse background in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Consultant Geologist and Senior Development Geologist at Santos Ltd since March 2018, Olaf has previously held significant roles at Petroleum Development Oman, including Development Focal Point and Senior Production Geologist, from March 2012 to March 2016. Additional experience includes a position as Senior Development Geologist at Chevron during a secondment from November 2009 to November 2011, and as Senior Production Geologist at Shell from December 2005 to November 2009. Earlier in their career, Olaf worked at Santos Ltd as both a Development Geologist and Exploration Geologist from January 1997 to December 2005. Olaf holds a Bachelor of Science in Earth Science - Geology from Flinders University and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Petroleum Geology & Geophysics from the University of Adelaide.
