Engineering and Project Management

The Engineering and Project Management team at Santos is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of energy projects, including the design and commissioning of floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) units and life extension initiatives for existing facilities. They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with safety and sustainability standards, while also managing cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
