Fernanda Groba

Fernanda Groba is an experienced professional in supply chain management, currently serving as Coordenadora de suprimentos at São Martinho since February 2021, overseeing procurement strategies for pesticides, fertilizers, industrial inputs, and Diesel. Previously, Fernanda held the position of Senior Supply Analyst focusing on agricultural inputs, fertilizers, and Diesel, managing an approximate annual spend of R$ 1.1 billion. At Biosev from June 2019 to February 2021, Fernanda was responsible for the procurement strategy of fertilizers, pesticides, and corrective products across all group plants, handling an annual budget of R$ 365 million. Earlier experience at Atvos included roles as an Industrial Maintenance Supply Analyst and a Trainee, where comprehensive sourcing strategies were developed for maintenance services across multiple plants. Fernanda's education includes leadership training for women in agribusiness from Fundação Dom Cabral, a postgraduate degree in Financial Management from FGV, and an Engineering degree from Universidade São Judas Tadeu.
