Michael von Zamft

Michael Von Zamft is a highly experienced attorney, serving as Senior Trial Counsel at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office since December 1995, where significant achievements include the prosecution of complex Murder, RICO, and Sexual Battery cases, including a notable homicide cold case and the conviction of former FBI Agent John Connolly. Prior to this role, Michael practiced law in various capacities including as an Associate at Kubicki, Draper, Gallagher & McGrane and as Partner at Kravitz & Von Zamft, focusing on criminal law and litigation. Michael's extensive legal career began in the Miami-Dade County Public Defender's Office, where duties included training future lawyers and managing trial preparations.
