Sarah Eckerstorfer

Sarah Eckerstorfer is an experienced professional in youth programming and education, currently serving as a Career Pathways Facilitator at Summit Academy OIC since March 2022, where the focus is on empowering underserved youth in North Minneapolis. Prior experience includes roles as a Youth Program Assistant and Lead Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota, and participation as an MSROP Research Fellow, conducting independent research. Additional positions include Inclusion Facilitator for the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board, SERP Scholar at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Peer Mentor at Beyond Walls Urban Squash Twin Cities, Assistant Teacher at Lutheran Social Services of South Dakota, and Helper at Precious Angel Daycare. Sarah Eckerstorfer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Developmental and Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
