Paweł Żemła

Paweł Żemła is an accomplished software architect and development professional with extensive experience in Java-based frameworks and systems architecture. Currently serving as a Development Architect at SAP Labs since November 2025, previous roles include Staff Software Engineer at Zendesk, where responsibilities included maintaining and improving a Java service framework, and Software Architect & Team Manager at Codibly, overseeing team management, project estimations, and high-level architectural design for various systems, including EV charge point management and Energy Management Systems. Earlier career experiences include significant positions at ING Tech Poland, Comarch, and CHILID Hi-End Web Design, focusing on identity and access management, big data platforms, and E-commerce development. Paweł holds a Master’s degree in Informatics from the University of Silesia in Katowice and an Engineer's degree in Informatics from The Silesian University of Technology.
