Ben Bristow served in various roles at SAP, including Vice President and Head of Critical Customer Management for MCC North America, and held positions as Director, Support Manager, and Global Escalation Manager. Prior to this, Ben contributed to the Innovation Control Center as the Deployment Support Lead and was a core member of the Mission Control Center. Ben earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Integration from Penn State University.
