Bhawna Bhatia

Bhawna Bhatia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of procurement, business technology, and customer advisory. Currently serving as Director of Industries and Customer Advisory at SAP since June 2019, Bhatia has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Market Development for the Intelligent Spend Management Group and a fellow in the LOB Innovation Program, where the focus is on driving innovation through advanced technologies like AI, ML, and RPA. Prior to SAP, Bhatia worked at SAP Ariba, where responsibilities included directing the Network Value Organization and implementing value-selling strategies. Earlier roles include managerial positions at Wipro BPO and Aditya Birla Minacs, as well as a consultancy role at Infosys BPO. Bhatna Bhatia holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the International Management Institute.
