Claudia Gerber is a seasoned strategy and operations leader with over a decade of experience in delivering technology-powered business value. They served as an analyst at the International Finance Corporation and a summer analyst at Goldman Sachs before taking on project management at the International Monetary Fund. As a co-founder of grooVy and a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group, Claudia honed skills in strategy development, operations, and transformations. Currently, they are the Director of Strategic Customer Engagements at SAP, following their role as Head of Solutions Engineering & Customer Success at Validere, guiding the company through post-Series B growth. Claudia holds a degree in Economics & International Relations from Yale University and is pursuing Development Economics at the University of Cambridge.
