Gia Thi

Gia Thi currently serves as the VP of SAP Business Transformation Management for Field Excellence in APAC, a position held since December 2021. Prior to this role, Gia led Customer Service operations for Siemens Healthineers in Vietnam, achieving significant growth and improved engagement scores. With extensive experience at Siemens from 2002 to 2020, Gia held various senior positions, including Head of Operational Excellence and Chief Information Officer, managing global initiatives and P&L responsibilities. Previous to Siemens, Gia was the Chief Financial Officer at BJC - Fábrica Electrotécnica Josa, S.A.U., successfully overseeing a company turnaround. Gia holds an MBA from Edinburgh Napier University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University, Chico.
