Gina Vargiu-Breuer

Gina Vargiu-Breuer currently serves as Chief People Officer and Member of the Executive Board at SAP since February 2024. Prior to this role, Gina held the position of Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Siemens Energy from October 2019 to January 2024. Previously, Gina's extensive career at Siemens spanned from June 2002 to September 2019, where roles included Senior VP of Global Human Resources for Gas & Power, Power Generation Services, and various HR business partner positions across different divisions. Gina's academic background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Management from ESMT Berlin and a Master's degree in Economic Psychology from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, among other qualifications in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
