Hafiz Halim has over a decade of experience in technical support and service desk roles across multiple reputable companies. Starting as a Service Desk Analyst at TeleTech from August 2009 to August 2010, Hafiz provided assistance for technical issues related to gaming, audio, and peripheral devices. From September 2010 to November 2012, Hafiz continued as a Service Desk Analyst at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services, offering Level 1.5 support for mobile and desktop IT needs. Following this, Hafiz held the position of Senior Technical Support Engineer at Oracle from November 2012 to August 2022, specializing in providing support for pharmaceutical companies using Argus Safety.
