Jean-Philippe Lombardi

Jean-Philippe Lombardi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Their most recent role was as the Senior Director of Security Innovation & Engineering Excellence in SAP Sovereign Cloud, where they have been since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Innovation & Engineering Excellence and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in SAP IOT from 2019 to 2023. Jean-Philippe also held the position of Director of Innovation in S/4HANA Cloud from 2018 to 2019, where they focused on promoting creative thinking, innovation, and fostering new ideas. Before that, they were the Director of Agile Transformation in S/4HANA Cloud from 2015 to 2017, leading the transition to an agile culture and enabling over 1000 developers to adopt agile methods. Jean-Philippe started their career as a Senior User Experience Designer in 2012. Additionally, Jean-Philippe served as a Venture Partner in SAP.iO starting in 2018, and as the General Manager and Co-founder of CLICOM GmbH, an interactive agency, from 1997 to 2006.

Jean-Philippe Lombardi completed their education by obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Informatics from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences. Jean-Philippe attended the university from 2006 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Kolleg St. Blasien from 1991 to 1997, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.

In addition to their formal education, Lombardi has acquired several certifications.
