Mostafa Elkabir

Mostafa Elkabir is a lead data scientist at SAP, specializing in machine learning and computer vision. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, following an Associate of Arts in Engineering from Hillsborough Community College. Previously, Mostafa worked as a Computer Vision Engineer at John Deere, where they developed and optimized VSLAM algorithms. They have also contributed as a teaching assistant, guiding students in problem-solving and project implementation during their time at the University of Illinois. Additionally, they were involved in charity work with Hope Charity, focusing on fundraising and education for women after the civil war.
