Nilay Padh is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and product management. Currently serving as Director at SAP since August 2014, Nilay is responsible for overseeing the design and development of Human Experience Management Learning applications and scaling engineering teams globally. Prior to this role, Nilay held positions such as Sr Engineering Manager at SAP and Product Lead/Manager at SuccessFactors, where significant contributions included driving growth and implementing SaaS/cloud-based learning management products used by millions. Earlier career experiences include serving as Software Architect Team Lead at Plateau Systems Ltd and Sr. Software Engineer at ITT Industries, among other positions. Nilay holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, a Master’s in Computer Science from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
