Tamara Braun

As CPO (Chief Procurement Officer) of SAP Tamara Braun is responsible for the Global Procurement Organisation (GPO) of SAP which is handling an annual Procurement Volume of approx. 5.4 bn€. Her goal is to transform GPO into a strategic function, working in a uniform Cloud Procurement environment, contributing to SAP’s overall strategy. Maximising our customer satisfaction and keeping the employees engaged and highly motivated.

Tamara is with SAP since October 1993 and was responsible for a variety of tasks and duties within the Global Finance and Administration (GFA) organisation. She started in a small team responsible for Group Accounting and after moved to the German Field Organisation where she led the Finance Team. After heading different roles within GFA, she took over the lead for the Global Finance Shared Services Organization (GFSSO) before moving to Moscow taking over the CFO role for SAP CIS responsible for Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine.
