Tina Tuan

Tina Tuan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer innovation and design thinking, currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Innovation at SAP since January 2020. At SAP, Tina leads innovation programs at SAP AppHaus, collaborating with top-tier customers and partners on business AI use cases. Prior to this role, Tina co-founded and managed Design Thinking Foundry from June 2017 to December 2019, focusing on innovation consulting and workshops. Tina's previous tenure at SAP from 2001 to 2017 included significant positions such as Director of Program Management, where Tina was instrumental in delivering design-led innovations, and Senior Product Manager, where Tina managed user experience for SAP's first cloud-based ERP. Tina holds a Master’s degree in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
