About the Role Salary:

UP to 1,300 USD per month

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to play a key role in delivering exceptional services to our partners and customers. Your responsibilities include client relations and product operations.

Client Relations - Act as a dedicated service specialist, managing borrower relations and ensuring a smooth, positive experience through effective communication and top-tier customer service. - Provide comprehensive support to our partners, from operational guidance to technical assistance, enhancing their understanding and execution of our lending operations.

Product Operations - Handle borrowers' applications, including application processing, data management, reporting, and process enhancement to improve efficiency and customer experience.
