Sean Parr

Sean Parr has over 25 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Sean began their career in 1993 as a Recruitment Manager at CMC Consulting Ltd. In 2005, they joined Hudson as a Regional Manager of Accounting & Finance, and was later promoted to General Manager. In 2007, they became Managing Director of Praxis Executive Search at Impellam Group. From 2017 to 2019, they held the position of Head of People at Appear Here and Medopad. In 2019, they became Chief Operating Officer at Role Mapper Technologies, and in 2020 they joined The Adults. as People Strategy. Currently, Sean is the Head of People at Surgery Hero, a digital clinic that helps people prepare for and recover from surgery at home.

Sean Parr attended James Ruse Agricultural High School from 1977 to 1983, where they obtained their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Sean then went on to the University of Technology Sydney, where they earned their Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching in 1991. Sean also served as a School Governor at St Georges School.
