Nikhil Moon has worked in various positions since 2005. Nikhil began their career at vCustomer India Services Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager, Group Lead - Service Delivery, and Senior Team Mentor. In 2010, they joined Allscripts as an Associate Manager, Tech Support and Product Support Lead. In 2014, they moved to Paradigm Shift Educon as Senior Manager - Business Excellence. Nikhil'srole there included heading the Service Delivery, Transitions and Business Development teams.
