Rick Ramirez

Rick Ramirez is currently working at Sapience Therapeutics, Inc. as the Manager of In Vivo Pharmacology. With previous experience at companies such as Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., ContraFect Corp, and Lundbeck, Rick has developed a strong background in in vivo pharmacodynamic models, in vitro pharmacodynamic models, and conducting high-throughput screens for candidate compounds. Rick also has experience in directing and supporting in vivo studies, determining pharmacokinetics of compounds, and developing novel assays. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Rick has a solid foundation in the life sciences field.
