Nitzan Michaely

Nitzan Michaely, MEng, PMP, serves as the PMO Team Leader at Sapiens since November 2019, leading the global Reinsurance PMO team to ensure project alignment with organizational goals through standardized processes. Previously, at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems from March 2012 to August 2018, Nitzan held positions including Deputy Project Manager, overseeing System-of-System projects with significant revenue impact, Project Management Officer, managing multiple projects with varied budgets, and Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer, where Nitzan developed an innovative SPC-based tool enhancing defect identification and loss prevention. Nitzan obtained a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Management and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
