Kyana Afshar

Kyana Afshar is a skilled UX Designer currently employed at Sapio Sciences since October 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a UX/UI Designer at Designlab from November 2022 to November 2023, and as an Associate Medical Illustrator (Interaction Designer) at Osso VR from 2021 to August 2022. Kyana has also worked as a Visual Designer at The University of Georgia from June 2019 to January 2021 and served as a Medical Assistant in Dermatology from June 2014 to March 2017. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Medical Illustration from Augusta University (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Virginia (2010-2014). Additional training was completed at Designlab from October 2022 to December 2023.
