Dean Lail

Dean Lail has extensive experience in the plastic manufacturing industry, with roles ranging from President to Managing Owner in various companies. Currently, Dean serves as the Managing Owner at Sapona Plastics, where Dean specializes in custom and captive injection molding, assembly, and brush making. Additionally, Dean is an Adjunct Instructor at Randolph Community College, teaching a Lean Six Sigma Quality Control course. With a MBA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a BS in Engineering Operations from North Carolina State University, Dean has a solid educational background to support their success in the industry.
