Mary Eriksen

Mary Eriksen is a risk manager at Sapp Bros. Mary previously worked as an administrative assistant and bookkeeper.

Mary began their career as a bookkeeper at Central States Asphalt Paving Co in 1984. In 1992 they transitioned to Sapp Bros., Inc. where they worked as an accounts receivable clerk and then an executive assistant to the president. In 2000 they left Sapp Bros. to become a risk manager.

In their current role, Mary is responsible for managing risks associated with the company's operations. This includes identifying potential risks, assessing their impact, and developing mitigation strategies. Mary also works with other departments to ensure that risks are properly managed and monitored.

Mary Eriksen has a high school diploma from Wausa High School. Mary also has various certifications from Dale Carnegie, including Active Listener Level 3, Cool Headed Level 1, Trusted Advisor Level 2, Strategic Level 3, and Organized Professional Level 1. Mary is also certified by SHRM as a SHRM-CP.
