Melina P. has extensive experience in the field of information security and technical support. Currently serving as a Pentester at Sapphire since June 2017, Melina previously held positions as Ing Seguridad Lógica at Telconet and Tecnico de Soporte at GAD Municipal de Machala, where responsibilities included providing technical support and maintenance for computing equipment. Additional roles include Process Analyst at Process Risk Solutions, Webmaster at ESPOL, and HelpDesk support at LabFIEC-ESPOL.
