David J. Cook

David J. Cook has extensive work experience in software testing and configuration analysis. David J. worked as a Configuration Analyst at Sapphire Digital from July 2019 to August 2020, and then again from August 2020 to present. Prior to that, they worked as a Temporary Automated Roster Specialist at Achieve3000 in July 2019. From March 2017 to September 2018, David worked as a Software Tester at iconectiv, where they tested various components including ELEP, IVR, WDNC, and Reports. From November 2000 to February 2017, they held the role of Software Test Lead/Tester at Telcordia Technologies/Ericsson, where they led software test teams, implemented software quality processes, developed test strategies and plans, and created test cases for multiple products.

David J. Cook has an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Mechanical Technology from SUNY Broome Community College. Before attending college, they graduated from Bainbridge-Guilford High School with a Regents Diploma. In terms of certifications, they have completed Selenium Essential Training from LinkedIn in May 2019 and Learning JIRA Software in April 2019, also from LinkedIn.
